Steve Garza is the Founder of ShawCo Ventures and Shaw Energy, focused on helping growth-driven organizations secure high-impact talent across the energy sector. With over 20 years in personnel services and more than 17 years as an entrepreneur, he has built his career around identifying individuals who drive performance, execution, and long-term value.
A Houston-area native, Steve’s foundation is rooted in faith, resilience, and service. He leads with integrity, humility, and a people-first mindset — believing that success is measured not just by business outcomes but by the lasting impact made on individuals and organizations alike.
